Staying at home in the weekend

I love staying at home, especially when the weather is not well like raining, windy, and cold....

These day, because my work has been hectic in the weekdays  and I have no time to relax,  I'm looking forward to staying at home in the weekend.
Though I like to go outside, I don't like to go to places that are often crowded with people and there are much noises. (Where in earth are there people who like a crowded place?)

My recent weekend goes like this:
Morning:
A few loaf of bread (I prefer bread to rice for breakfast) with at least 2 cups of coffee that have good acid taste in it.
While eating I often look at some blogs or websites I'm fond of.

After I wake up succsessfully (thanks to coffee!!), I start cleaning my room and washing my clothes, which takes like 3 hours in all. (I don't think I'm good at housekeeping. )

Afternoon:
Then I do what I want to do at home:

Choices are:
Reading books that I bought before and just are accumulating on my bookshelf...
Learning/ Studying English or Spanish.
Writing letters to my friends
Watching movies with my PC
Cooking simple dishes (I cannnot cook with hard receipe...just simple one please. )

Recently I've started playing Ukulele, hawaian small guiter, so I sometimes practice playing it and I like it vey much!)

Lunch?
Since I tend to have a big breakfast in late morning, I take it as a brunch, so I don't need to have lunch so I skip it.

Evening-Night:
I like to cook something easy and I open a bottle of wine and I enjoy dinner.
I suppose that some people don't like having dinner alone, but for me I don't care it.
Rather, I could say that I like it.

Satisfied with dinner, I take a bath and even in a bath I read a pokcet -sized book.
I don't know why but I can concentrate on reading in a bath...
I think I have to be careful not to faint...

This is my typical "a day".
Of course I like to spend time with my friends or family, but I also need the same amount of time as it to recover myself in a place where are surrounded by my favourite things and music.....

* The photos is the wall and the cabinet in my room.  I put things I adore on them.

Crisp air of autumn

I prefer the autumn/winter to summer, especially recently hot summer in Japan.

That's why I've been looking forward to the coming of this season.
And finally I've found a crisp air of autumn in the morning and evening...

This is one of my favourite things....

Last week, when I was in a shop (where I find lots of good taste or sophisiticated things whenever I go), I found it.
That is a scarf (for winter) fr

om "Glen Prince" in Scottland.

I have a diffrenet patterned one that I bought 2 years ago and since then I uesd it all winter time, 'cause I love it.

I have no thoughts to buy a new scarf at the time, but I fallen in love with it at first sight, so I brought it to the cash-register right away.

Now I can't wait the day I can put it around my neck and walk on the street!

Steve Jobs' 2005 Stanford Commencement Address

I like this segment:

"No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
